Nadya Roussin is a licensed California real estate broker and finance professional with over 25 years of experience in mortgage banking, wholesale lending, real estate investment, and business development.

Ms. Roussin began her career with Countrywide Financial, where she became one of the top wholesale account executives in the nation, funding over $50 million per month as part of the company’s top-performing wholesale branch. Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in real estate acquisitions, distressed assets, REO properties, investment transactions, joint ventures, and development projects across multiple states.

She currently serves as Managing Partner of Global Synergy Partners, Inc. and Managing Member of Roussin Capital Group, LLC, where she focuses on real estate investment, capital strategy, business funding, and mixed-use development projects, including an active development in Downtown Los Angeles.

Drawing from her extensive background in underwriting, deal structuring, and commercial transactions, Ms. Roussin has expanded Roussin Capital Group’s platform to include Merchant Cash Advance brokerage and business lending solutions. Leveraging decades of relationships built through commercial real estate and investment projects, she helps business owners secure fast, flexible capital solutions tailored to their operational and growth needs. Her experience across both real estate and business finance allows her to effectively evaluate borrower profiles, structure financing solutions, and guide transactions from application through funding.
